About

Hi!
My name is Macy and I'm The Itsy Bitsy Photographer. I'm currently 2 years old (as of 2012) and I love to take pictures. Sometimes they are blurry, sometimes they cut off my subjects head and sometimes when I go back and look at my pictures, I have no idea what I was photographing. But I love photography and I'll get better each day.

My mommy and daddy really enjoy looking at my pictures and trying to figure them out, so I thought that some other people might also enjoy this. Why should mommy and daddy have all the fun? They tell me I have to share more, so this is what I'm doing.

My love for photgraphy started early on, as a model in hundreds and hundreds of pictures. My first camera was an Elmo Sing & Giggle camera, but once I realize it wasn't actually taking any pictures but just making the "click" sound, I lost some interest in it. I then started "borrowing" my daddy's camera and taking my own pictures, but as you can see from the image below, I have a problem keeping my fingers off of then lens. This seems to bother my daddy, but I don't really understand the problem.

I guess daddy was really upset about this and said something to Grandma, because this year for Hannukah, she got me my own camera that takes real pictures. I now trapse around town with my Vtech Kidizoom, snapping away. I'm hoping to get my hands on Grandma's Canon EOS 50D, but so far she's been keeping a keen eye on it.

I hear daddy and grandma talking about how expensive film was and how digital images changed everything, but I don't really understand what they mean...or what "film" is???? So, to quote my daddy, "snapping a digital image doesn't cost anything", so I just snap and snap and every day I post at least one picture from my photoshoots. If I get on a roll, I might post a few images at once, but I plan on sharing at least one every day. I hope you enjoy my work as much as my mommy and daddy do.

Keep your eye out for me in your town and maybe you'll show up in my collection!
